Modified car. This RS4 has been built well beyond its factory output of 380 hp. It is sold as a modified car, not as a standard RS4: the engine, turbochargers and supporting systems have been changed, and the price reflects the build rather than the model. Two things follow from that. First, the EPA exemption for vehicles over 21 years old applies to cars in their original unmodified configuration, so we confirm the entry treatment for this specific car before it ships. Second, the parts that wear on a tuned 2.7 biturbo are the ones the tuning loads — turbos, clutch, cooling — so we supply the build documentation and the service history with the car. If you want a standard RS4 B5 instead, tell us and we will find one.
